Implement modes for Logitech G213 Keyboard

Implement the following modes for Logitech G213:

  • Off - Turn off all LEDs
  • Cycle - Cycles all LEDs through all colours, at selected speed
  • Wave - Cycles through all colours in a wave, in 4 directions, at selected speed
  • Breathing - Breaths in and out the selected colour on all LEDs, at selected speed

Tested on my G213 using Linux only.
