New device: HyperX Alloy Origins Core keyboard

So far I've only managed to add direct mode support, everything seem to be working fine on Linux, but I didn't have a chance to test it on Windows. Code structure is mostly inherited from Hyperx Alloy Origins controller, although their protocols are completely different.
