Added Both the Asus ROG RX 5700XT Gaming OC and Asus ROG RX 580 Gaming OC

I added the PCI ID's for both my graphics cards and tested them in the latest build.

There is also a bug where the ADL i2c_smbus driver does not support multiple graphics cards. I tested this with both cards in separate PCI slots on the same motherboard.

I made a issue for it here: #1307

I hope I'm able to help out in figuring out how this can be fixed.
