Add Colorful iGame RTX 5080 Ultra W OC support

Adds the Colorful iGame GeForce RTX 5080 Ultra W OC to the existing ColorfulGPUController detector

  • PCI IDs: 10DE:2C02, subsystem 7377:1501
  • Retail name (Korea): COLORFUL iGame GeForce RTX 5080 ULTRA OC White D7 16GB
  • Uses the existing V1 packet format at I2C address 0x61, same as the RTX 5070 Ultra W OC-V entry that shares subsystem ID 0x1501

Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 with OpenRGB built from master plus this change:

  • The card is detected as "iGame GeForce RTX 5080 Ultra W OC"
  • Setting a static color from the CLI (-d 0 -c FF0000) changes the card's lighting

Fork CI did not run (GitLab identity verification required); built and tested locally on the actual card instead
