Update Keychron Controller

Updates Keychron controller to support any keychron device with vid of 0x3434 that uses the per key rgb protocol. There were some minor modifications to the detection routines to allow for this. I've tested it on a K5 Version 2, and K10 HE. Would need additional testing on other Keychron keyboards. I'm also working on reworking the layout patching. As there will be a bunch of keyboards that need patches and it'll likely be a large database.

Updated (8-25-2026): Moved all layout patches into QMKKeychronController_Devices.cpp and QMKKeychronController_Devices.h Added 228 hand corrected layouts (should cover many keychron keyboards). Updated detector with retry mechanic to solve hotplug issues with certain keyboards.
