Add initial support for AMD 6000 series reference cards

Right now it is only tested with the RX 6800 XT reference edition built by ASUS.

Assuming the USB device (made by Cooler Master) is identical on reference cards (i.e. 6900 should work too). Requires at least version 20.12.2 of the drivers in Windows to expose the USB interface, I'm not sure which kernel is required in linux.

Getting some instability in windows, the device needs to rescan sometimes. Maybe check for some kind of keepalive.
