Add AULA F87 Pro (PID 0x0B) layout for Sinowealth 010C

Initial commit for AULA F87 Pro (Sinowealth 010C)

  • Adds aula_f87_layout (TKL) with ISO placeholders for column alignment.
  • Minimal edit ops to adjust Right Shift gap for visual consistency.
  • Maps model_id 0x0B to “AULA F87 Pro” in the Sinowealth 010C device map.
  • Verified LED indices for per-key lighting, arrows, and nav cluster.
  • Built successfully on Windows; device tested for correct lighting behavior.
