Adds layout for Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2

As it is now, STD_ATX is applied to B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 from Gigabyte, but it lacks some leds. This merge provides the layout for this motherboard.

By the board manual, this layout also should work for other models with these names:

  • B550 AORUS ELITE AX V3
  • B550 A ELITE AX V3
  • B550 AORUS ELITE V2

However, this merge doesn't include them by now.
