Kraken V3: Cleanup and add additional devices from pcaps

Cleans up the Kraken V3 controller to use a report struct instead of bare array;

Also adds support for the Kraken V3 and Kraken V3 HyperSense, based on pcaps from here and openrazer. I do not have access to actual devices.
