Add support for Asus Rog Strix G16 2023 and Scope 96 RX

Initial commit for Asus Rog Strix G16 2023 (Laptop) and Scope 96 RX (USB keyboard)

Added support for both keyboards adding their respective layouts

Tested on Linux (CachyOS) and Windows 11 for about 1 year
