Add support for late 2020 model Ballistix RGB detection/control.

Ballistix stick made after October 2020 do not register at 0x20 - 0x23 but at 0x27. All currently implemented functionality still works, just needed the new address to search for. Tested on BL2K16G36C16U4WL with a manufacture date of Oct 2020.
