Fix Gigabyte's RX 9070 XTs detection

It was found out here: #4685 (comment 2636614046) that the RX 9070 XT Aorus Elite uses addresses 0x75 or 0x73, we still don't know the reason, it's likely that the Gaming OC Model has the same behavior although that's yet to be confirmed.

This commit makes OpenRGB detect the GPU if it's at 0x75 address, leaving the code for its detection at 0x73 unchanged.

Still, with the Aorus Elite model, only 4 RGB zones are shown and it's reported that it has 5 so changes for this issue are needed.
