Hi, this updates the PawnIO modules to release 0.1.2.

This release applies most of the PIIX4 optimisations to i801, as well as adding a few minor optimisations to PIIX4.

Due to me not having a modern Intel system, i801 isn't very well tested, so let me know if there's any issues!
