Add support for NZXT RGB & Fan Controller (New NZXT H9 Elite Model)

Initial commit for NZXT RGB & Fan Controller (H9 Elite Case Model/PID 201f)

Added the PID and controller mounting function to the NZXT Hub 2 controller code along with the other related models. This commit is for issue #4362
