ENE to avoid address 0x7E on quirky boards

ENE driver can soft-break the SMBus controller on MB AsRock B760 PRO RS, when it probes address 0x7E. No DIMMs can be detected then.

The fix adds a list of affected boards. If a board on the list is matched, ENE uses a reduced list of addresses.
