Draft: Detect Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 as Vengeance Pro

Using Vengeance Pro driver allows for various effects, while the Dominator driver allows only direct mode.

With this commit, the RAM module is detected both as a Vengeance Pro and as Dominator, and both can be used.

All effect modes appear to work on my CMH64GX5M2B5600C40 module.

I am not sure if this also recognizes Dominator modules as Vengeance Pro, and if the effect modes work on them.

This should solve #3747, maybe #1527 and probably also #3709 (closed), #3881 (closed).
