Compare with previous version

I added 0xF303 ID (which is the same for non SUPER version) in !2039 (merged).

However I put it to NVIDIAIlluminationControllerDetect_Windows_Linux.cpp rather then GainwardGPUControllerDetect.cpp - I don't know which is more appropriate.

Did it work in NVIDIAIlluminationController?
