Add Nollie32 Lamp strip controller

I'm a developer of Nollie32. The Nollie, a 32-channel ARGB controller (ws2812), is a commercial product that is currently sold in mainland China. Sixteen channels are used for the ARGB interface, 12 channels are used to drive LianLi, and four channels will be used for module leadout in the future. USB2.0 high-speed protocol is used，Each channel can drive 256 light beads.

Function on line 13 of NollieController.cpp, NollieController: : NollieController (hid_device * dev_handle, const char * path, unsigned short pid), only the pid, and is not stored.
