Add Kingston Fury Beast/Renegade DDR5 support

Initial commit for Kingston Fury DDR5 RAM

All modes which are supported by the manufacturer's software should be supported here. Some of these modes have customizable parameters which are not available in the OpenRGB UI, but these parameters are clearly marked so that support for customization can be added more easily in the future.

Closes #2879 (closed).
