Add Corsair K100 DE variant

A modification of the CorsairPeripheralControllerDetect.cpp to add support for the detection of more variants of the Corsair K100 keyboard.

I was unable to detect my own Corsair K100 keyboard with OpenRGB and found an earlier issue #2389 (closed) with a similar problem to mine. Because I have an ISO/DE layout of the keyboard in question I added DE to the end of the variant name. This could however be changed if other users with the ISO layout have the same ID (0x1BC5) as my keyboard the variant name should be changed.
