Add HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Mouse Pad XL support

This mousemat was unknown (new PID), and has only 2 LEDs, protocol is the same

  • Windows/linux detector added
  • Added leds count to the RGB controller constructor to handle only 2 LEDs
