Support for Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5, closes #2435

Introduces support for the Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5 variants

The only change required is to scan for another address range: (0x18 - 0x1F)

Instead of extending the scanning range I added a 2nd loop, not too nice as this duplicates some lines of code, but likely better compared to scanning the entire range?

Tested on:

  • Linux
  • ASUS ROG STRIX-E X670E
  • 2x Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5

Only "static" mode works, don't know if this is intended and/or how the DDR4 variants works.
