Add missing ISO keys as well as adding separate layouts for the K95 / Platinum.

  • Add two missing ISO keys, as well as light bar and other keys on the K95 / Platinum
  • Detect Keyboard Layout (not yet used)
  • Fix K95 Platinum not working when profiles are saved. (works completely fine when reset to stock)

K95 non Platinum is untested. Any feedback would be appreciated.
