macOS smbus Piix4, SuperIO, and Nct6775

Adding support for the Nct6775, SuperIO and piix4 on macOS.

Nct6775 is correctly detected on my motherboard However, my motherboard doesn't have any RGB attached to that controller so I am unable to test further.

I am also unable to test the Piix4 driver so help testing is appreciated.
