Draft: Add support for the Lian Li Uni Hub SL firmware 1.2.

Greetings!

This mr adds support for the Lian Li Uni Hub SL firmware 1.2. And while nothing really changed from the user's point of view, the really changed the control protocol, so it was the easiest solution to split both controllers up. Should be mostly working and good for public testing, but I might have missed some edge cases. Also, if someone still has a hub with firmware 1.0, please check that I didn't break the old stuff.
