Get Gigabyte DRAM functional

Closes #192 (closed), but the controller needs more work as right now it's only exposing a Static mode that controls 5 LEDs to the same color. We know the format of the packet, so it just comes down to adding modes and splitting out multiple LEDs.

Implements proper detection and per LED direct mode.
