Add support (detection code only) for MSI B350M Mortar motherboard

This merge request adds support for the detection of the MS-7A37 motherboard (MSI B350M Mortar). It has been tested on real hardware, and seems to have worked (the existing code works for this motherboard, it just wasn't detected by OpenRGB).
