ASRock X570 Taichi RGB bricked

Similar to #389 (closed) , my X570 Taichi RGB controller seems to have bricked. It was stuck to just a couple of colors that it had been cycling through. It disappeared from the I2C entries so OpenRGB no longer saw it. Rebooting to BIOS, no change in colors in the BIOS settings. I powered the machine down and waited a while for the LEDs to turn off. Now they won't turn on at all.

Looks like ASRock has some flashing utilities but they don't have the download for my board yet. https://www.asrock.com/Support/index.asp%C2%A3cat=Utilities

I posted on the ASRock forum hoping they can hook up the RGB controller for this board. I am going to dig a bit more and do some of the suggestions in #389 (closed) such as disconnecting all the USB in case any backfeed is still powering anything. It doesn't look good though
