Removed UserRelationsAndMessageRelations from autodeployments.

Better deployment.

This is just making it, so that any push to the UserRelationsAndMessageRelations Branch, which is my personal branch and not subject to democratic elections, isn't automatically deployed to the deployment server, that all of you are using.

Removed UserRelationsAndMessageRelations Branch from the only clause in .gitlab-ci.yml.
