Consolidate the following changes (currently running on eosc-cesnet-3_hpc_large):

• Configured 29G heap size as mentioned here
• Added custom network overlay
• Use the EXTRA_COMPOSE_OPTS parameter
• Switch to correct working directory before running backup / restore
• Updated custom script to support curate operation
• Updated custom script to encapsulate subcommand
