Add backup (and restore) script(s)

The control script supports automated backup and restore - see its README.

Probably the only thing that has to be backed up is the Link Checker's database (curation reports can be regenerated). Therefore we can take the script(s) from another project that uses a MariaDB database as a template.

For example the Virtual Collection Registry: backup.sh
