Reduce website to a few pages

  • Removes all pages except index.md, installation, and NEWS.
  • Removes some out of date information.
  • Removes duplicated information.
  • Adds a minimum of new up to date information.
  • Keeps the install docs for package-installation
  • Redirects the reader to container-install instructions on the container repo's 'USING.md'
  • Redirects the reader to install-from-source instructions, in the docs

Resolves #31 (closed)
