Update image tags for BuildStream Docker image

  • docker_installation.md: Use buildstream/buildstream image

    In buildstream!1153 (merged), we switched the default image from buildstream/buildstream-fedora to buildstream/buildstream. Update the website accordingly.

  • docker_installation.md: Document how to try other tags

    In buildstream!1153 (merged), bst-here gained support for specifying different tags. Document the same in the website for easy discoverability of the options, as well as the image variants.
