!782 (merged) had some post-review comments (see !782 (comment 100153822)) to address.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Bump Artifact Version.
  • Deduplicate process environment setup.

CHANGELOG/Release Notes

  • Removed WIP after testing
  • Typo fixed, version bump includes cache keys and documentation, included commit to document issue with running the update script.
  • Initial version. Marked WIP while it's being tested.
