doc: Mention the Fedora packages

Description

I've made Fedora packages.

They aren't official yet (eventually I will push them to the Fedora repositories), but they should work.

This MR changes the documentation, so that it mentions how to use them.

I don't think I'll submit them to the Fedora repositories before the 1.2 release.

In addition, this depends on !603 (closed). (I use a simplified version of the patch to build the package)
