This switches the default sandbox backend from bwrap to buildbox-run. The bwrap backend is still available for a while to smooth the transition but has to be enabled explicitly by setting the environment variable BST_FORCE_SANDBOX=bwrap. A tests-bwrap CI job makes sure this keeps working until we completely drop it.
