Enable integration tests for buildbox sandboxing backend

This drops the removal of the bubblewrap package in the tests-buildbox CI job as buildbox-fuse uses bubblewrap for sandboxing. This fixes many integration tests with the buildbox sandboxing backend. The MR removes the corresponding xfail marks.
