WIP: Some small fixes in chroot sandbox

Description

First to make it easier to tests, I have made HAVE_BWRAP become false when BST_FORCE_BACKEND is defined so it is possible to test chroot without uninstalling bwrap.

Second, there was an unhandled exception when shell was not executable.

Third, there was a double unmount that would print an error message (but still would be ignored).
