Description

This adds --pull flags to shell and artifact checkout in order to fetch incomplete or missing artifacts from remote caches.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Add pull flag for shell and artifact checkout
  • Add tests to ensure these work for incomplete artifacts.
