Stage junctions into .bst instead of a tmpdir

Description

This MR, stages junctions into a subdirectory of the project's ".bst" subdir.

In addition, when a workspace is open for a junction, it will load the elements from the workspace.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Stage junctions into a subdir of .bst
  • Load elements from the workspace if open
  • Remove cleanup logic in Loader (it's no longer needed)
