Do not force reset workspace cache data
During changes removing workspace from the cache key dictionary of elements one of the changes in fa70a429 was reverted (528988a2) to allow workspaced keys to replace the value of sources. This needs to be reworked for performance reasons and will likely be covered during #985 (closed)
