Update BuildBox components to 0.0.8

This includes the switch to field-based node properties, see https://github.com/bazelbuild/remote-apis/pull/128 and BuildGrid/buildbox/buildbox-common!269. This breaks incremental workspace tests until buildstream!1918 (merged) is merged.
