Adapt to the new testsuite-fedora image

Description

This adjusts the prepare_version script to modify testsuite-fedora so that it can be used like the old buildstream-fedora.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Include $HOME/.local/bin in $PATH by modifying /root/.bash_profile
  • Add a new bst_measure script through docker.container.put_archive()

This merge request, when merged, will address issue/bug: #36 (closed)
