Benchmark runs are failing due to incompatabilities with the docker image currently used for testing

Context

At the minute we are getting no benchmarking results being generated due to docker image failure. The original image (docker.io/buildstream/buildstream-fedora) failed due to dependency issues and it is clear that rebuilding no longer will suffice since that image is no longer supported.

Task Description

• Prod for fedora image to be rebuilt
• Look at using other docker images as replacement.

Acceptance Criteria

Benchmarking builds should run successfully.
