Resolve "Overnight build fails due to ostree issue"

Description

Benchmark tests need changing for plugin change and other issues.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

• Update baserock project for ostree plugin change
• Update benchmarking tests for ostree change.
• Create temporary patch to address plugin dependency issues.
• Update benchmarking tests to latest test suite docker base versions.
• Some further benchmarking corrections/improvements.
