Port disk storage to BuildStream compatible path scheme

Description

Make the Disk storage compatible with BuildStream CAS by adopting it's file path scheme.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Move from digest.hash_digest.size_bytes to digest.hash[2:]/digest.hash[:2]
