Here are some more minor fixes to follow !322 (merged).

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Pass STRESS_TESTING_GRACE_PERIOD through to the container start scripts
  • Add a troubleshooting section
  • Add scripts to simplify common tasks such as printing logs and stopping docker-compose, and make the compose-gen generate a start script based on the selected parameters
  • Bump default Postgres connections
