Stop using buildstream-debian images

Description

Installing BuildGrid on top of the buildstream/buildstream-debian images currently fails while building biscuits: example. Switch to python:3.5-stretch.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Replace buildstream/buildstream-debian by python:3.5-stretch.
