CAS support for GetTree() method

Context

CAS should support GetTree() as outlined here

Care should be taken in supporting pages and not to send too big a response over grpc.

Task Description

  • Implement ContentAddressableStorage.GetTree().

Acceptance Criteria

  • bgd cas download-dir fetches an empty directory tree in one CAS call.
