[Feature] Hardcore Hardness

New feature : Hardcore Hardness, Tools and Weapons.
- Breaking blocks without the appropriate tool is much harder.
- Base tool materials characteristics have been changed. This smooths the progression through material tiers. See HardcoreHardnessFunctions#ToolMaterialOverride for details.
- Some tools have been removed. The minimum level of the hoe and the sword is iron, and the axe needs at least stone.
- To improve pressure at the very beginning of the game, the wooden pickaxe lasts 1 usage and the stone pickaxe lasts 6.
